So February is here, and our safe investment strategy has somewhat faltered during last year, as we were more optimistic than the market allowed us. Therefore we have embraced new technical indicators that will enable us to have a better and tighter watch of the market. Hi safe investors, Today, December 8th, we have decided to increase our investments in corporate bonds. The increasing spread of these bonds from government based bonds reminds us of late 2008, and we consider this as an opportunity. We are witnessing these days the decline of Europe…. Greece is close to a default as well as Italy, the friends from the US cannot longer help as QE2 is ending soon, and everywhere there seems to be chaos and despair… So what should the smart and safe investor do – run away? If so [...] We all know best when to buy, what to buy and of course when to sell…. Well, actually we don’t … we do however let our nature and feelings dictate how we’ll behave in the market place. As many behavioral studies indicated, we usually do not make optimal decision when dealing with money. |
